I spent several years as a freelance photojournalist traveling and living in Asia, Africa and the Europe. Some of my projects included HIV orphans in Eritrea, people reviving a communal church in Russia, classical ballet in China and Russia, fisherman in Macao and the coverage of NATO’ 50-year anniversary.
Approaching subjects visually I was always interested in what was inside and finding the space for interpretation – turning from news and editorial photography I began to explore the realm where the inner and outside worlds merge.
Presently I am pursuing an MFA degree in photography and working as a fine art photographer.
